Your place will be held for ten (10) days. or until the program cheque arrives securing your spot.

Please remit your payment promptly.
If payment has not been received after ten days, you may lose your place.

You will receive an e-mail the week before the session.

 

Blueprint Hockey - Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to blueprinthockey@hotmail.com Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to camp/league start date, and will be refunded less a $60 administration fee.

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to camp start date will receive a credit toward future Blueprint Hockey camps/clinics, valid for our next camp/league.

No refunds or credits issued for voluntary withdrawal, no-shows, or the expulsion from camp.

Injuries and illness, with a valid letter from your physician, will receive a credit toward a future Blueprint Hockey program, less a $60 administration fee.

If Blueprint Hockey cancels any program for any reason other than acts of God, a full refund will be issued.
