Our Training Programs
Our training programs are designed to deliver structured, high-quality development for players of all levels. We offer a range of options including camps, clinics, private lessons, and small-group sessions—each focused on improving skating, puck skills, and overall hockey performance. With an emphasis on repetition, proper technique, and game-relevant training, our programs help athletes build confidence, sharpen their skills, and compete at a higher level.
Our Coaches
Our coaching staff is made up of experienced players and dedicated instructors who are passionate about developing athletes the right way. We focus on strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and creating a positive, high-energy environment where players are challenged and supported. Each coach is committed to helping athletes improve their skating, skills, and confidence while fostering a strong work ethic and love for the game.

Joey Carroll
Lead Head Coach
Coach Joey Carroll brings over 14 years of playing experience and 17 years of coaching to the ice, offering a deep understanding of player development at every stage. He has head coached more than 50 teams across youth travel, AAA, and Junior hockey, giving him extensive experience working with athletes of all ages and competitive levels.
Over the past 15 years, Coach Carroll has organized and led numerous camps, clinics, and private lessons, helping players consistently elevate their performance. He specializes in edge work, skating, and skills development, with a strong focus on proper technique, efficiency, and building a foundation that translates directly to game situations.

Cullen Moehring
Head Coach
Coach Cullen Moehring brings over 15 years of playing experience at the AAA and junior levels, along with 4 years of coaching experience in youth and high school hockey. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, he developed his game locally, playing from ages 5–18 with organizations in the Colorado Springs and Monument area before advancing to junior hockey in Wisconsin from ages 18–21.
With a strong understanding of both local hockey development and higher-level competition, Coach Cullen focuses on building well-rounded players through strong fundamentals, skating, and skill development. His coaching approach emphasizes work ethic, attention to detail, and helping athletes grow both on and off the ice.

George Pagonis
Head Coach
Coach George Pagonis developed locally with multiple clubs in Colorado before advancing to the 18AAA Tier 1 Elite level. He went on to play junior hockey with the Missoula Maulers (AWHL) and the Wichita Falls Wildcats (NAHL) for two seasons. Most recently, he served as an Assistant Coach for the Colorado State Champion Pine Creek Eagles.
With over a decade of coaching experience, including time as a AAA Head Coach, Coach Pagonis focuses on developing strong fundamentals, mindset, and high-level skills. He has helped multiple players advance to the NAHL, USHL, and WHL. He is a Level 4 certified coach, SafeSport certified, and continues to build on his experience through ongoing coaching development.
