Overview
We understand that schedules change and do our best to be fair while also ensuring we can properly plan and staff our programs.
Our refund and rescheduling policy is based on how close the request is to the start of the event. All requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds
72 Hours or More Before the Event
- Full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed withing 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Between 72 Hours and 24 Hours Before the Event
- No cash refunds will be issued
- Registration may be rescheduled to a future comparable program, subject to availability
- Rescheduled registrations must be used within a reasonable time-frame and are non-transferable unless approved in advance.
24 Hours or Less Before the Event
- No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
- This includes no-shows and same-day cancellations.
Event Cancellations by Blueprint Hockey
If an event is canceled by us for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
